Settled In
General July 5th, 2005We have now moved into our new house and we’re pretty much sorted. Everything went fairly smoothly apart from moving the phone line.
We arranged the line and broadband to be moved at the beginning of June, well in advance. When we moved in there was no active line at all. After several long phone calls we eventually got BT to agree to sending an engineer out this afternoon. The engineer turned up early and quickly discovered the line was not wired correctly at the exchange end. 20 minutes later and we have a working phone line and 2MB broadband! Very happy with the outcome ![]()
